7 days from delivery
All eligible damage-related refund or replacement requests and size replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Our return & replacement options
The available resolution depends on the issue with your product.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE
Your choice
If your product arrives damaged or defective, you can request either:
- Refund for the affected product.
- Replacement with the same product, subject to availability.
SIZE-RELATED ISSUES
Size replacement
If the size doesn't fit, you can request a replacement with another available size within 7 days of delivery.
Size-related refunds are not available.
Product condition
Products submitted for size replacement should be unused, unwashed and unaltered, with their original tags and packaging intact.
For damaged or defective products, please share clear photographs or videos showing the issue. The original packaging should be retained where possible.

Refund processing
Once a damaged-product refund request is approved and the return process is completed where applicable, the refund will be processed through the appropriate payment method. The time taken for the amount to reflect may depend on your payment provider or bank.
